Well I reckon you have worked your was thru a raft of problems and beaten them, one way or the other! Well done. Regards the outer guard, sit, think it thru and see how you can make it work - it worked for the load of challenges under the bonnet and the outcome looks great.

Did you like the custom mount of the expansion tank I needed to be able to test drive it, the next job is to work out were and how to put the tank and I don't like the samll after market ones you can buy you were given that size tank for a reason
