High flow Tridon jobbie. Took it for a blast up the freeway over the weekend. Feckin' thing still gets hot. Its better than what it was, city driving its better, but the temps still easily see 100c whilst on the freeway. Fark it! I'm done. I'll just drive it now and if the motor goes. I'll burn the whole car.

Yeah bugger mate, that is a bit high for ‘flat’ unladen windless 100kmph cruising. 75C -85C ish ourselves and others find I believe usually under those conditions. What temp is the current high flow Tridon mate?

Far out Markie that sux mate. Has it always been like that since the conversion or did it start playing up at some point? What does the factory gauge show when it's around 100 and what have JPC & Andy at dieseltec said about it?
