Catch can

Just checking if a catch can is effective without blocking the egr?

I have installed a catch can and after doing around 1300km there was about 300ml of oil in the catchcan drain pipe.

The catch can and the EGR have nothing to do with each other mate. So yeah its still very effective. How long is your drain pipe? 300ml is a lot of oil after 1300k. My old grenade used to get around 125ml every 5k.

Drain pipe roughly 500mm long.
Might be closer to 125ml. Just looked like a lot when I drained it. Will measure the amount properly next time..
