    Weekly ... don't go measuring yourself every day - pointless as most people rise and fall about 200-300 grams each day throughout the day from morning to night etc.

    Can we keep this thread just for Weigh ins and the like and use the Chat thread for Chat re everyones progress and thoughts or the weigh in thread will be a write off for keeping numbers which is what it is for.

    Morning all - am 96.5kg (after 2 big parties this weekend) - loss of 0.8kg
    Did 2 x 4km walks, plus pilates. Then cutting down on portion sizes, plus more veggies etc. then drinking water as much as possible
