i got someone to spin the sender and checked the signal at the dash with a mulitmeter, looked at some photos and discovered my speedo section was missing 2 components. (legs corroded is my guess). pulled both clusters apart swapped the speedo into my cluster and i'm good. took me maybe 1hr to swap and fit cluster. a couple screw drivers mulit meter to test, was pretty easy.
