I don't want to go cold turkey just yet as my current situation I could flip out...lol

Yeah it's not too bad, get the urges push through it for a few minutes, get your mind elsewhere and the urge comes back an hour later so I'll be happy to half my intake from 25-30 to 10-15 a day for a bit and work on cutting that back once I am used to that intake.

Not just health but christ I just can't afford it!

Ended up having 13 smokes yesterday, pretty damn good from my usual 25-30.

Today was pretty easy. I only had 3 until 4pm but having some beers now and up to 6 smokes as at 5:30pm so pretty bloody good!

I started to feel dizzy all day, probably because my brain is now getting oxygen...lol

It's hard when drinking beers as I'm used to a smoke every beer.

I'll have to break that habit but at work today was pretty easy.

Hey bud, keep it up. I went cold turkey..... Only time I smoke now is when I see Avo.

By that I mean, only on a lads weekend every 4-6 months or so.
