    Oh, and by the way if you do decide at some point to get really energetic and do both in the same day, then the running first every time - weights AFTER aerobic activity and not the other way around.

    Remember, every approx 2 kgs is literally another housebrick off your body that you aren't carrying around anymore!! I'm going for 12.5 housebricks by that thinking!!

    I lifted up a weight of the weight that I've lost in the past 6 weeks (8kg) and was shocked. It's unbelievable.

    If all goes well this week on the routine i'll move to every other day next week doin both on the same day........but one step ata time dont wanna burst a pooper valve just yet!! ahahahaha
