I have a 1999 left hand drive Nissan Patrol GL. Despite some diligent searching I simply cannot locate the dimmer switch which dims or brightens the various dashboard gauges ie. speedometer/petrol/time etc. Can anyone help please?

depends on if one was fitted originally
on a Left Hand Drive - I think it is on the little square panel under the left vent
next to the mirror adjustment button etc..........
