Something wrong with my system, can't get the windows or backup ezy software to run, computer does not like the hard drive and fails to copy due to some sort of exception error, very frustrated.

Hey mate, not sure if you've worked it out yet but it sounds like a permissions issue. Sometime let's do a team viewer session and I'll fix it up for you
