Have been fortunate to have some of my gear reviewed by an Australian Bushcrafter, thought I'd share the link for members here

@oncedisturbed those scales you used on that unfinished Knife I used on my Big Lake fillet knife.
Great grip for slimey and bloody hands, great review too Bro...

@threedogs, cheers bud. Ryan is down to earth and very honest in all his reviews.
Which scales / unfinished knife do you mean? I've not done 1 in ages, need to do my tracker and mini dingo blades yet but haven't gotten around to it

Ah k, I didn't make the knife, was just given it to do the sheath.
The scales are carbon fibre scales from memory

Yeah its a man made composite but great for wet or gooey situations,
plus very easy to work

Been flat out since my recent trip up north and frantically playing catch up.
2 of 3 sheathes recently completed, also a prototype satchel bag with discreet sheath for an esee Izula on the rear panel.
Also have to finish tweaking a pattern for a massive custom knife for a sponsor I've picked up and then onto a screen accurate cosplay item being a Luke Skywalker Jedi belt from Return of the Jedi to be knocked out as well.
@MB still need to make up a mould for your sheath as well
