Just habit, I think. Long trip - take most uncomfortable car we own. Fat A is numb already and we just getting to Melbourne. Any one else you want me to see ?

All good brother - off the coffee, been taking meal replacement shakes, multi vitamins, and ... wait for it ... no grog!! That's for the last two days, so I'm still pumped about it at the moment ... haven't dropped the durries, but only had 8 yesterday and 9 on Tuesday, so cut down significantly at least to make the start ... Game on!!!! lol

I'll stsrt Monday one last weekend of debauchery hahahahhahahaha done the shakes (tony Ferguson) last year bout this time and lost nearly 15kg rekon i put 7 back on since xmas tho.
