air beds suck up the cold air giving a very uncomfortable sleep.
I use a self inflating mattress [100mm] rolls up to about 300mm
very nice to sleep on if I may say so.
You only need a 3/4 length
Foam is very hard to roll to a decent size for travel very bulky
