I just bolt both my work canopy and camper down through the tray - only takes a few minutes with a cordless impact driver to undo the bolts. I don't use captive or welded on nuts under the tray because I use my ute as a ute a regularly and think that the threads would either corrode or get full of gunk. I just use a flat and a spring washer. Never had any dramas. Incidentally when getting the wind down legs make sure to offset the "coupling" so as to increase stability and allow the doors to open when off the ute. I had my brother modify both of mine ( he can weld )Securing 011.JPGSecuring 002.jpgSecuring 004.jpgSecuring 005.jpg
