@Bob and @Roofy just heard my best mate Phil has mouth[jaw] cancer
they need to remove 1/3rd of his tongue and replace a bit of jaw bone
using his thigh bone. He's going to be a crook lad for a while but Im positive he'll pull through.
He only just retired after 35yrs running the QANTAS sheet metal depot, got bored being retired
and landed a job at a major bottling mob. makes your own problems seem small eh
he's only 55 if that

@Bob and @Roothy it seems Phils problems were brought about from smoking
Even though he worked in a smoke free enviroment I wouldnt have called Phil
a heavy smoker, but a smoke is a smoke, and like me probably started around
12-14 yrs old. Now he has to suffer and probably be dis figured because of
it. Please if anyone here is still smoking think of how it will affect those around you
if something goes pearshaped as in Phils case. Ive known Phil and his family since
grade 3 so a very long time, He has a good network of ppl to support him, but it
could of been prevented, put the filthy things in the bin

New radiator - 5 months, New thermostat - 6 weeks
Top up water but no good,
Have to call RAA (1 hr + wait) in one of the more interesting suburbs North of Adelaide, stay close to your car
Getting late so other guys have to head off
RAA bloke after a bit of stuffing around reckons airlock the cause, fill main radiator (maybe 5 litres), pressure test all OK - Fcuk
Bloke recommended getting it checked properly so I went home feeling like a idiot !!!!
Sitting in front yard at home emptying the fridge 1 can at a time wishing I knew more about how this stuff works........
