G'day Phil, Been theorising with AB over the weekend up the Grampians about a beach camp trip with seafood dish in the big pot for its next run. Reckon along the lines of my old patented mussel stew (Licola bouillabaisse;-) ) but now using the new smoker plate & CoT to add a high temp shell popping smoked extra zing to it ;-)
