We have now finally shifted to Pakenham and settled in.
Been a long time coming but finally there.

Checked out a 5 acre property this arvo in Hurstbridge. Bloody lovely it was. One issue. No garage, carport only and no shed/workshop area. But god, it was nice. Fully reno'd, pretty much walk in and sit down.
We then checked out a 3 acre property in Diamond Creek. Beautiful mud brick home, but same again, no garage and workshop. Plus this place was on pretty much a uselss 3 acres. On a side of a hill. But this place was almost in the heart of town, and walking distance for the girls to get the bus for school.

Just got off the phone with the agent and he has explained what went wrong last week. Moron forgot to put in a cheque, screwed 3 sales.
Have been reassured that everything will go smoothly on Friday.👍
