Cheers mate, I've seen those at pirtek and bearing wholesalers down here.

She had her maiden voyage up the Hume tonight, sitting on 110 the whole way without a single bit of hesitation. Night and day difference from before. EGTs didn't go over 250 the whole time. My clutch is properly cooked now though, it's now started slipping in 3rd. I'll be babying it back home tomorrow.

Just ordered my UFI clutch, it should be here Monday/Tuesday.
I had my airbox lid modified to fit the 4" K&N pod today too, will be nice to see if it makes a difference.

Bit of research shows these blokes are a good choice in Melbourne too Chappy.

I'm still trying to save. Will be a slight miracle to get it all done before the trip but fingers crossed!!

That's good to know, thanks for looking into it. Hopefully you can make it happen in time! How badly is yours slipping?

Not at all since the one flair but I'm heading to Fraser Island in September so I have to get it all done before then regardless.

Too risky up there in sand.

Remember to be well organised with this. The flywheel needs to be lightened and faced then the flywheel/clutch assembly balanced. So try to get everything booked in a way that it only takes a day or 2. Its achievable the last one I did we had the the flywheel out, lightened, faced, balanced and refitted in less than 48hrs.

Thanks mate, hopefully it all goes smoothly. I'm leaving it up to the business that's fitting my clutch to send it off to get it all balanced and machined etc. I've spoken to Duggan Balancing & I'll speak to them just prior to it being dropped off again just so they know exactly what I want. Thankfully it's not a daily so it's no biggie if it takes a week.
