Finally got the EGR pipe fitted to the headers.
My advice is: not to follow my advice.

In 3 hours I've removed pipe work around the turbo, the catch setup, removed actuator to remove the heat shield, remived flex section of exhaust, old dump pipe, tried fitting new dump pipe, had to remove sway bar, fitted dump pipe and so far all good.
    Refitted actuator and sway bar..
So tomorrow it should all be smooth sailing..
    Cheers

Well done bloke. So far you're way ahead of where I was at that stage. I can't recall removing the sway bar though .

Good work, sounds like it's all going to plan then !! When you going to attack the heat shield?

    It's out..

Was a carnt.. all the heater hoses over the top of it I have to remove the actuator to get it out..
That's what I've achieved this arvo..
Tomorrow I reinstall the intake and finish the rest of the exhaust fit out..
    Dump pipe fit perfectly..
    Cheers
