I can get the Superior one today. For the little extra over the RR one, and I can get it today. I think I'll do this. I managed to straighten my bent one to not quite straight but better.

Weather, kids, life in general
A place around the corner from me in Ferntree gully went for $727k this morning at action.
Bidding started at $600k and was very slow, stalling in the mid 600's, but the auctioneer kept pushing it - turns out the reserve was $720k!! Absolutely nuts!!
