Yep I limp moan and grone every time I move didn't treat my bod to well when younger
so now I'm paying big time for it now should have seen a doc or two back then

As you get get older, you tend to make noises that didn't happen in your younger days.
Things like, Arhhhhh, Oohhhh, Errrrrrr, and others that you cant spell.
If I had of known I was going to live this long I would have taken more care of myself when younger.

Well that's what I did the first time I injured my ankle, looking back I should have gone to the hospital because I've seriously damaged it and I thought "it'll be right mate"

That mate I talked about had to get his ankle re-broken so his feet were straight,
poor bugger.
I suspect most baby boomers are now feeling the effects of their youth lol
But back in the day boy were we bulletproof,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,not lol

A bit sore by six am every morning its say get up get up or ill twist you a bit harder
when I'm tilting over to far I know and say this is going to hurt
