I wish i could laugh at this. The mobile network is insanely complex, I'm not even 100% sure a mistake was made.
I know lots of people can't deal without their facebook fix for 3 hours but at the end of the day the finger will be pointed and some poor sod who was trying to support his family will feel the wrath
