Ive used armour all on a few cars and haven't seen any problems? How long till it shows damage? One car I had for 6 years and didn't see any cracking. I've been putting it in the patrol for 5 or so years.

But yea.. got basic stuff and the gurnie.
I usually use the wash and wax in the spray bottle but am open to options here..
The 2 that i suggested I use with my DA polisher but also the meguiars website suggest its ok to use with a DA polisher

    http://www.meguiars.com.au/surface-p...mate-compound/
"This is the safest, most effective way to remove scratches, swirls, oxidation, water marks, blemishes etc. by hand or using a dual action/random orbit machine"

    http://www.meguiars.com.au/polish-pr...te-liquid-wax/
"Also suitable for use with a DA POLISHER."

Maybe some of the others are not suitable.....

I just dropped into my local SCA and they had stuff all really..
I may grab the buffer off the shelf but I may have to get in the polish gear..
They didn't even have other pads to suit the DA.. only to suit others screw on type setups..
Anyway.. I know the local was useless..

Just make sure it's the DA polisher. I think they call it multifunction as their rotary looks similar and this can burn through paint easily.

Watch lots of YouTube videos on technique and you'll be right.

If you do go ahead I'd love to see some before and after pics

Notice the "dry" looking areas in the first two pics of my bonnet, especially around the squirter.
And the weird scratchy looking area in the middle of the boot

    Hey mate

If you weren't in taz I'd offer to give it a crack for you. If it's all superficial as in not past the clear coat I think it could come up pretty good. Hard to tell but it would come up better than it was.

I'd start with a course grit compound, medium grit, low grit and then finishing polish to shine it up. Finish with a wax

You'd need a DA at the minimum I would think
