Well, this afternoon at 3:30pm is "Transfer Transplant" number 3 (original to reduction, reduction back to original, and original back to reduction again!). Fingers firmly crossed as I'm doing it, so the gears not being right are the least of Tank's concerns!!! lmfao
Spoke to Danny this morning and after removing that spring loaded baffle assembly, they definitely run smoother even by hand - it was definitely causing to much pre-load, so hopefully that has sorted it. Will keep you posted!!

Well, I'll be back on later, but long and short of it is they are in!!! They work!!! And they make not one skerick of noise!!! Kinda sh!ts me that it was that easy, and even though Marks produce a good product, it's a bit rude to just go "oh noisy, just take the baffle plate out" like it's a straight forward job ....
Anyways ... Can't wait now to test them out fully - thanks for the well wishes!!!
