Thanks champion - I was a bit deflated in having to rip them out after all the excitement ... hopefully all will be sorted - I'm becoming an expert at refitting transfer cases through no desire to be doing so!! Not looking forward to doing the swap tomorrow again if it isn't the problem, as they'll have to come out again ... everything that I have two of is firmly crossed!!! Yes, even them!!!
