4. The central locking will need to be wired another way. It will just need a fused power from somewhere. If the wire pictured is a main power for the central locking you could just take it from the battery (fused of course).
5. Hg41 means you have 4.11:1 diff ratios. The rear diff unless equipped with a factory locker will be an lsd.
