    Yes was looking at that. But a simple relay from the ignition to ativate it would be the go..

    yep I reckon 3A total too, 3A when you have one phone being charged then maybe if your lucky splits to 1.5A each socket when charging 2 phones

    Not needed. When you turn the key off - it goes off - which is what I don't actually want.
