I've never been to this camp spot, is there a contingency plan in case the main spot is taken or do we just camp off to the side and suck it up?

Yeah good point thinking about a contingency. . .Was thinking the same. There are other spots along that road i guess, wouldn't be too hard to find most are pretty visible along the road. . .

Yeah I would be very surprised if collins flat is taken but if it is like Rossco said, there are plenty of other big campsite on that road
