I heard a Y62 patrol the other day with a twin system
very loud,,,,,,, all I could say was WOW.
If you can get a twin system to fit that would be awesome
better for a V8 too IMO one pipe per bank

Why doesn't the stock zd box fit??
Does it differ much from the td vertical box?

The zd box fits... but its highly restrictive with the ls.. they like to breathe..

Ye you just move them from the side of the chassis rail to the top side... the heat shield will will cover everything ontop of the chassis rail... dont cut them... im gona use speedflow fittings that go streight frm the hard lines to dash 6 fittings.. and frm there to my regulator/filter then onto my fuel rail...
