World Cup Rugby - Bring it on!!!

That's a game I dont mind Wales losing in, although they should have taken a couple of penalties instead of going for a try but absolutely superb game and effort by both teams......
And another tough one for Wales next week against the Boks

and they might just give the Boks a big surprise... Can only hope so.

I fancied either an Aus or RSA victory in this world cup. Now that they avoid each other in the quarters, I ain`t changing my mind.

Clunk, on a serious note, you have to admire Wales, with the injuries they sustained before and during the tournament, they have been remarkable.

I don`t know why every one was surprised by England not getting out of that group, Wales and Aus were always better teams. I think we are more of a WIP at the moment. Blaming Sam for all our faults is just ridiculous, last time I watched union it was a 15 man sport with subs and a whole coaching set up.

Hmmmm..........Ireland eh? Could be a good shout that, still think RSA will get there. Getting beat by Japan seems to have kicked them in the stones. Must say that the Aus defence whilst down to 13 yesterday was probably the best defensive 10 minutes of Rugby union that I have seen. Painful as this is, Australia were simply superb..................God it hurts typing that..........

hey mate, they have come along way, and went through the hard slogs of retiring all the golden oldies, and bringing and training all the up and comers through the ranks... now they have a world class team, something which RSA and the all blacks have yet to bite the bullet and do!

Agree with that,Aus new younger team looks good and the pack is finally working after a few years of being poor. NZ always seem to produce good young talent and will always be strong, RSA will have to rebuild soon.

one thing im dissapointed about from aus tho is how cheika has let overseas not true (in my opinion) australian rugby players such as matt giteau who plays in the french comp for toulon... bloody great player but doesnt IMHO. oh well UP UP AUSSIES!!!!

See, I disagree with that. What does it matter were they play, the guy is Australian, he should play for Australia.

We are in the same boat with Delon Armitage, best player in Europe, yet RFU won`t pick him, bloody silly in my opinion.
