I think doggy ( Tuppa ) is being a bit slack, he should sniff them out as soon as they join and ban them before making there first post of crap.
And in answer 2 the op yes we can ban them if they are just posting crap 2 get the manuals. But if we are bored we usually just delete there posts just before they reach 25 just 2 annoy them
If and when we are on the new server Andy I say just remove the 25 post rule and the time limit and see how we go for bandwidth

That's a great idea ET, While I'm not that tech savvy i dare say it would be possible as other websites like rapidshare cap / throttle download speeds if your not a paying member.
If it is possible I say cap the non paying members but not the paying ones
