The bloody template from Millweld was wrong, so my mate did a good job but I had to grind it further, so now it's not as neat as it was.

Switch the small earth through the isolation switch and run that earth through the little LED light so it is on when there is power to the winch?

What is it with your obsession and cutting grills! haha no the gearbox fouled on the bar, I had to grind it further but all good now.

how did the heat effect the powder coating or is is sprayed ??
Need a canvas cover to protect from the elements when not in use.
