Which hose is which for fuel flush? td42

Hi guys,
I fail to see what this purge thing actually does to clean the system. I've lived around diesel engines all my life and not seen anything like this done.
I use only good quality fuel in my trol and don't have fuel problems.
So what does the purge cleaner actually do?

Read about it. Mercedes use it. Some other people used it. I used it. It worked!!
Dont place a lot of faith in additives normally. But $1200+ Vs $30 for 2 bottles of something No brainer.
I took a giant leap of faith, and -honestly- it paid off. . I reckon 15%. Still needs a tune up but............

I found about this stuff last night and gave it a go this arvo , im impressed I only use one can but I think I will give it anther can soon just to make sure its cleaner . I have no idea how long or if me truck has ever had the injectors done so thought id give it a go .

Its true its a 3 year old post, but just an update. A month later, the front seal started leaking. I guess from being cleaned. I then spent 900 bucks getting the pump done. sigh..............
