so iyo its an advatage not to have any safety features in your Patrol in the advent of an accident [hope it never happens by the way]
its 2015 anything that protects the occupants has to be good.

On NBC they are asking if you should turn the airbag function off.

Nissan Y61 Patrol 1997 to 2010

Just received a phonecall from Nissan Australia. My 2010 GU (Series 7) is not affected by this recall, but a previous recall, R1306 (Nissan Y61 Patrol accelerator pedal) is affected (hasn't been done yet) so I guess I need to book it in and get the recall done....

There is so much conflicting info around which Trols are affected it would be good if anyone who gets notified can chuck up your year so the rest of us have an idea!

You're covered either way, but wouldnt be holding your breathe about when it'll get fixed

my 2010 is in getting serviced as we speak..just got off the phone and they will punch in the VIN number and let me know..will post up later if I am affected..
