If you cant find a manual?
    My suggestions would be,
    Clean work bench.
alot of work bench, these things spread out as they come apart!
    Clean tools.
Take lots of photos as you disassemble (thank you smart phones!)

And take your time, if its not fitting together easy, that means something is wrong as they go together like Legos, (very well made and fit together nice)

And above all, take very detailed info on where the adjustments and screws are at. Write the details down (ie: 5 turns out from seated, 2nd clip up on the needle etc)
if you put it all back close to where it was settings wise, it'll be far closer to its final tune settings as apposed to tuning from scratch.

Open the carby up over a newspaper - as there are a couple of ball bearings that can be lost.

Photos are important espcially the linkages on the outside

Get an orgianal nissan needle and seat

I've done this few times for my RB30.
The carby is essentially the same in both RB30 and TB42 with slight adjustments to tweak for two different models.
I reckon the needle size may be different as I was pointed out.

This is my carby rebuilding thread started quite a while ago.
I've done it few times now. I reckon you get better at it each time you rebuild and tune it.

Just make sure to use paper gaskets only with no silicon sealant.

After few days and onwards, the base nuts, as well as float bowl nuts may need slight tightening.
RB30, some 2-3 inch lift auxiliary LPG tanks
Few more mods on the way
