Subscribed! Some great images in here.

Here's something a little different - a dust storm on the coast! Newcastle 2009 around 7am. As photographed, no manipulation.

edit: how come my images attach smaller than you guys? Is that some kind of forum sponsor perk?

That is an epic shelf cloud! Would love to have seen something like that.

Would be fun tweaking that in photoshop to make her look a little darker too ;-)

Nothing to do with forum sponsorship, but would be great if you did become a sponsor.

I think it depends on which way you go about attaching photo's ( I believe there is 2 ways 2 upload photo's 2 the forum ) and also you will find 99% of the larger images displayed are only links to storage websites like photobucket etc....and not uploaded 2 the forums server

I can't say I have ever seen options for sizes when uploading, but do believe there is a difference between format sizes using the "Insert Image" icon in the quick reply box and using the "Go Advanced" then uploading a photo using the "Attachment" Icon

Ok, will have a go and look into forum sponsor as well. My business got nothing to do with 4WD though, just photography equipment. That still ok?

In the meantime, here's some nice lightning from Coggee beach in 2011

I think i've worked out the problem

Untick the "reference file locally" option when inserting the image... or use the IMG tags rather ATTACH tags

Here you go Megomonster - again, epic photo. You've got a good eye for composition.

Thanx, that looks heaps better but they weren't my photos.
My wife found them in faceache.
I just shared them as they were fitting for the thread.

Forum sponsorship and business sponsors are two different thing.
