    My ute may get a hand wash once a year (example in photo) the rest of the time an occasional wash when out of the garage and it happens to rain while driving. (Doesn't rain often in WA.)
    My theory is the more you wash and polish the sooner the paint wears away and the quicker the rust takes hold.
