Had a noisy bearing from the last mud bash. Hoping it was the a/c idler.... Nope its the a/c bearing itself. Put it all back together with less tension on that belt for now.
Next will have to look at an exhaust leak somewhere in the engine bay.

Wired up two Baintech volt gauges ,one for the main and the other for the AUX battery
Main comes on with ignition, also starting to run yellow RCA cable to the rear.
No idea where to fit the camera, Im thinking just above the towball, no rush
never needed it before so it should be interesting.
Plenty of space on the dash centre fascia for switches and gauges, would like to fit more.
Still need to move the UHF to the passenger side, and move the Cruise control light
up to the pillar pod, Plenty of 12v jobs left to do. Found some awesome leds to use
for awning lights

04 ST 3lt auto, not enough Mods to keep me happy, but getting there
Put the camera just above the number plate John. Under the black bezel with Patrol on it. If you have it too low you will lose perception of distance I think. Plus under there its hidden and makes it easy to line up the towball when hitching up.

yeah was thinking that but its a PITB getting the wires through the rubber sleeving on the small door.
Never needed a reverse camera yet, with the camper you just line it up between the mirrors and slowly reverse.
Might make life easier though as long as I can see the towball, thanks again Mark
