Just watching the TV news & I am so p*ssed off, I just cannot believe what must have been going through what passes for brains in the mindless morons who felt it necessary to ringbark the ‘Separation Tree’ with machetes...twice.... a 400 year old healthy redgum in Melbourne’s botanical gardens which despite best efforts is now going to die.

Someone also killed the Tree of Knowledge in Barcaldine QLD about 10 years back, regardless of peoples political affiliations it's still part of our history.
