Moron drivers on the Southern Expressway, this was caught by somebody's dash cam couple of days ago.
The police are looking into it so the guy may be charged.
I can understand people getting frustrated by slow drivers in the right lane, I get frustrated with that too but to use the emergency stopping lane to overtake a car and then slam on the brakes in front of him is bloody dangerous and stupid.
