Well, knowing you don't have any windscreen ducting for airflow, they probably ripped something out when putting the roll cage in ... lucky for you I'm a top bloke and have hunted the net for a solution .. you need to do this ...

Yep - could be that - when did you last change/clean the air filter?? Would have copped a hammering at LCMP the other week with dust and such.
