Over twelve months ago I ordered a CC cooler for the GU and was told 14 days. Three weeks later I was told 14 days. two weeks later, yep 14 days. After 3 months I told them to keep it and I want my $1000 deposit back. They couldn't believe my request.
CC supply the trade so if they have big orders you will be put on the back burner.
I ended up building my own water to air.

*I contacted cci yesterday and they said they have 3 td42 intercoolers in stock, the bad intercooler was picked up yesterday afternoon by courier,Cci have contacted me via email and said if they get time they will send one today if not*Definately tomorrow, hopefully they keep to their word and dont make this any worse than it already is , will keep everyone updated on how I go

My order took longer than quoted to come as well. I was told 4 weeks and I think I waited 6-8 weeks.

When I was dealing with them the fella I was talking to was English from memory. He was employed to deal with customers/phone orders and his frustration was evident. He left before I finished dealing with CC. It's been going on for years.
Jesus. I wouldn't even be able to even wait 4 weeks. Off topic but I saw some coolers made by Aussie Desert in Thomastown and theirs looked the goods. The old bloke behind the counter was pretty forward but I think he's old school so it didn't bother me much.

ok so after a week worth of arguments, phone calls and nasty emails (on my behalf) apparent couriers who dont turn up so on and so on
i finally convinced them to send me out another intercooler , only to receive another damaged one, now this one has the same burn damage as the last one but they have mounted the fan over the top so it hides most of it, also it came with a dent on the inlet pipe... sick of this Bullsh#t service and poor poor customer service, now they are going to have to send another courier out to pick the whole kit up and give me a full refund because i dont want their product anymore aint worth the heart acheIMG_0277.jpgIMG_0757.jpgIMG_1177.jpgIMG_1623.jpgIMG_8756_2.jpg

that's crap,hope you've told them that your a member here,tell them how many members are here and we're all looking at this thread..i won't bother getting one of their intercoolers from what this thread has brought to my attention
