These might be more expensive but they have served us very well for many years while sailing both circulating warm in the winter and moving air around when it's warm out. Hella TurboFan ..

Over the years we have had multiple different fans. Why? Because most of them were not up to the job. Battery & 5v jobs just didn’t push enough air to be useful unless placed 6” from your nose. Those that did a good job of pushing plenty of air were invariably noisy, either by virtue of their blade design, or as a result of rattles of the protective cage.
We now have Caframo fans, not cheap, but they push heaps of air, use very little power (0.4Ah), are as quiet as a fan can be, & have a blade design that does not require a protective cage.
We have one which is fixed (757), with adjustment only in one plane, & one on a gimbal adjustable in any direction & with a timer.(Scirocco).
If we’d have bought these when first looking for fans we would have saved wasting all the money we did on lesser fans over the years. If you can afford them you wont be disappointed.

im going to take a portable misting fan with a water tank, works great the only problem is you need a gen set to run it, drops the temp by about 15 deg and you can adjust the mist and fan speed to suit. the other downside is its a pain due to the size.
