Maybe,it would stop them, maybe it wouldn't. Humans are paid 2 link, I'm sure they would still answer those basic question just 2 make 1 more post to insert there link into. I would prefer 2 see that linking is banned completely for members until they have reached 25 -50 post. If a new member needs a link inserted into there post then they can pm admin / mod or report post there post that they want a link inserted into

I actually tried that plugin the other night toddie but it didn't work as that would knock this is on the head too.

Ill have to find another plugin.

My original suggestion of having new members post up a introduction (which does not allow Links or Posts in other areas) and then having to wait for a Mod to authorise would stop the Spammers coming in overnight and setting up Links. Also the suggestion of having to wait for 25 Posts before posting Links would be a great addition to my suggestion
