After seeing Gary's high mount on the weekend I'd be tempted to buy one if I stumbled on a cheap one
Haven't checked the old motor, being sitting in shed for many years but probably still ok. Just keen on the 6hp. Ill have to get back to you on price, can't remember...do an amazon search if you can be bothered.

You have to look at the length as well as it needs to block the bypass port when the thermostat is fully opened. Otherwise flow can partially flow back through the engine and not allowing full flow through the radiator.

Motor turned up, everything is ready to go!

Would like to get rope on this winch when money permits rather then cable too.

Where's the best place to source this?

Places who deal with lifting gear. Bullivants, barry evans, nobles etc. And just buy it by the meter.

I'm running out of room under the hood and cannot see AB immediate spot for this compressor without relocating things.

I guess the next sensible thing would be under the seat.

Not that I want to do this but has anyone mounted theirs in the rear?

I'm guessing the longer wires will result in less air flow but just curious if anyone has done this and feedback?
