I got dibs on the HiMount a loooooooong time ago choppa!!! Back in ya box!
Looks good AB, I am positive if your BA is a deluxe winch bar then you won't have to cut the grill mate, I have a spare here if it goes to crap.
Its a Nissan! =====> Its a Keeper!! ....... Got a TD42 in it BONUS!!....... I'm a lucky bugger! I've got 2 of em!
Check out my Toy --> MudRunnerTD's GQ From the Ground Up
The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

This has been the longest week in my life...lol
Pretty much laid in bed each night night thinking about this install (look over at clock...midnight...stop thinking AB...lol) and sneaking down the shed for quick looksies whilst the misses screams out for help with the baby...lmao
Long story short I needed some parts this week for reducer (3" to 2") to the old elbow on the inlet manifold for now until I can upgrade the system.
There is also an existing reducer from the wrx piping from 3" to 2" which ill use for the ht18 output but ill use a 45 degree long silicone bend coming up under the front left guard below the A/C so I can easily adapt to the larger turbo in due course.
I really got lucky with the existing bends...touch wood!
Needed a mandrel bend 90 for the cold side going up through the panel. I had one spare 90 left from the previous owner but it must of sat low on their wrx, deep scrape marks. they have also cut it on the actual bend which leaves no confidence in the clamp to hold on. paranoid ab sets in knowing the importance of a sealed system!!!
long story longer, my local exhaust shop had one in scrap for 10 bucks, happy days!
Yarra valley exhausts...really good honest business!
Long weekend coming as I still need to clean up the shitty welds someone has done on the existing piping, clean old pipes out properly, spray pipes, cut panels and pray my calculations are correct!
