But a top mount is easier and will not get full of mud... There are ups and downs for each application and basically just do whatever is easy or cheaper for you after looking at which you prefer. I went top mount because it was available in a kit and I didn't like the idea of the front mount getting full of mud.
I would have either though!

But if the front mount is getting full of mud then what gets full of mud if you don't have one......
