    It is a fixed blade.

I messed around making a draw string pouch last night, came out not to bad for a first attempt, just need to make the template larger.

Need to get some Roo sacks. lol looks good
years ago in Alice I used to make stubbie holders out of bull bags and sold to tourists
got back to Melb and my dog ate it, last one I made was a goat sack stubby holder
only just enough skin to make it properly, You could start making Medieval re-enactment gear

I used some nice soft deer skin that I have. I have been looking at medieval gear to make, great minds think alike

I have a roo sack pouch somewhere around the house, mrs hates it lolol

Will look at modding my archery guards to a cuff style template and get some cowboy styled templates as well and then mod them.

No probs at all, let me know what I owe you for them.

I forgot I have some nice soft black cow hide that I will use for draw string pouches and anything else I can think of needing supple leather

Yeah mate they're the ones made with the carbon steel blades, it was hard to decide weather or not to get them or a set of F.Dick ones. I've got a Dexter filleting knife and i'm happy with it but i've been told the german steel on the F.Dick's is better.... Dunno.

21"??? Thats massive!! Are you preparing for the zombie apocalypse?? Lol

I have the Tactical branded field dressing kit which for a cheap set is pretty good fir skinning etc, may be an option to look at.

The BG knife is only approx 6" in total size which is pretty handy with it's range if movement, no good for boning though.

I will try find a link to dressing kit that has changeable blades and is a lockback knife so it makes it a small size to carry and store. From memory it is made by Elk Ridge.

Still waiting on the stamps etc coming from NSW, post is getting slower and slower.

Saw those field kits with saw , skinning and boning blade, Elk ridge sounds right.
Put those photocell sensors on my camp lights, now its set and forget, these are the best camp lights
I've used and draw bugger all power which is a plus, I have them mounted about 3.5 mtrs high with a dimmer
