Hahaha you guys crack me up! Yes painting it BA. I've been patrolling around bogan style with the black front end.

    Exhaust was an eBay purchase.
IMO and should be taken with a grain of salt.

Thanks drew. I just realised that I can't cover the key holes/door handle openings because I wound the windows down. I have a feeling I'm going to be painting windows...

I can't wait to see this when it's done. What gear are you using to paint it? This is the next big job that I plan to do

Good idea lhurly. Chris, using a LPHV gravity feed gun painting with polyurethane enamel black high gloss paint. Have already done the bonnet and front quarters using this method and they have come up mint. Hope the rest of the body comes up as good. Fingers are bleeding from the amount of sanding I've done...

Thanks BA. Two things that have helped in all of this are: the missus and kids are away staying with friends, and the bottle shop is walking distance from me. Happy days!

Thanks mate. I just ordered my compressor today and need to get a couple more bits and pieces before I start mine. Do you know how much paint it's roughly going to take to respray it?
