yeh around about 5hrs is average on a day off I may pull an extra hour if im not busy

Unbroken sleep = about 1 hour, very light sleeper...............about 5 to 6hrs each night

So went to bed at about 1am for a 6.30am alarm. My little girl played with my phone last night cause that's what they do. She found the alarm settings! She turned every alarm on between 4:30am and 6:30am and they started going off! At 4/:30 I could not see nor really understand what the Fark was going on!!! Might even have pressed snooze and copped a couple extra!!!

3 hours for me! Damn gunna be a long day.

7.1-7.6 if the missus ain't up for it... :-P

But on back shifts it varies from 5-7..

After a week of back shift the Saturday usually gets wasted..
