Not enough 7hrs seems about the length of time i spend in the bedroom, with at least 2 interruptions from the kids.

    Not enough.

Somewhere between 4 & 7 hours. 7 hours would be a good night. Don't remember the last time I had more than that though

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

Our little one is 13 months and has been a problematic sleeper from day one.
We have weeks where he sleeps ok but most of the time its many wake ups.

Last 2 nights for instance 5 hours of total broken up sleep.

At this time due to a combination of Sleep Apnea and stress caused by some family issues I am lucky if I get 4hrs a night.

5-6 hrs for me mostly 6. Though not always a comfortable 5-6 if my daughter comes in our room and some times I just go sleep in her bed and leave her with the missus

I find that if I go to bed early I get a better quality sleep & wake up feeling more refreshed, but I don't sleep any longer, so end up waking up ridiculously early.

I'm asleep by 10.30 most of the time, sometimes earlier and I wake up feeling fine at 5.30
